I think perhaps a very useful suggestion to those that have found their cars could be to tell us the date they ordered their car. I was told yesterday that GM was working on the orders that had been placed in January. Maybe this can give us an idea of how far behind the VIN number assignment is compared to the production.

Oh, and by the way, thanks for all the information also on this site.

order date seems to be quite irrelevent.
read the site some more and you will find PLENTY of folks that ordered 10/08 that are at 1100 (not built)

It most certainly is TOTALLY IRRELEVANT. I personally think it's unfair but that's the way it is.

7 1LS ... 14.3%
3 1LT ... 6.1%
14 1LT RS ... 28.6%
8 2LT ... 16.3%
17 2LT RS ... 34.7%

63% are RS

31 going to CANADA (63.3%)
18 going to USA (36.7%)

Pretty unfair US:CA ratio !!
