I found it!! Took a few minutes. Saab calls it the Night Panel. You flick it and it blacks out all your interior lights and instruments except the speedometer. If something needs your attention (fuel, temp guage) then it lights up. I wonder how that'd go for the tachometer if you have a stick shift. Wouldn't really be necessary to have a tach unless you're really pushing those shift points, but you could tell by the sound anyway

Oh, I see...Cool! Though, as neat as that system is, it doesn't seem to have any point...unless you like the dark I guess.

Yeah it's more of a small feature. Someone mentioned turning off interior lights a few pages back

as little gimicy high tech shit as possible!!!

seriously i want to dim my own damn headlights if i wanna drive with the lights off. ( drive in movie theatre... sneaking somewhere late at night. we all KNOW we will have to hide in a car like this at some point)

a USB with a nice radio would be cool.
all the windows to go all the way down.
Definitley a pass through trunk so i don't have to modify my seats... ( i need to put in a 6' staff for martial arts)

400+ horses and a 6 speed manual.. i'm good to go!

not possible but....

I would like to see some kind of kit that allows a third seatbelt in the backseat in the middle.......for those of us with three little ones (and when the wife comes along).

I know, I know, 'then go get a minivan' right?

Just wishful thinking I guess.

I like the rear fold down seat idea. They've done it on most year models. It would be nice to see it on this one too....not too difficult to be done.

On both impalas I have the back seats fold down and its really nice when trying to get something large in the back seat or on long trips if you dont want to stop and get out of the car to get to the trunk. It might be hard to do though because of the style of seats. If they can pull it off they should. Either way they should keep these bucket style in the back as well. Looks really sporty! and comfy

^ That pic if you couldnt tell was from the bumblebee
If they use these seats (conv. concept)they could do it because they have less support so more room to fold down. I like ^those better though!

I agree with this one (I know not everyone cares about their kids riding along, but I love my 3 little girls and want all of them to ride along in the Camaro with me and my wife....how else am I going to get them hooked and create more "Camaro Chicks" (sorry to borrow the name....lol)?).

As I mentioned in another thread at one point, as soon as I can get the dimensions, I'm talking with a couple of upholstery shops here in town to see what they can do about it.
