Just got back yesterday. Caught a nasty cold that is kicking my butt now, but it was worth it.

Unfortunately there wasn't any Chevy reps around both ZL1s when I was there, so I wasn't able to ask questions. Sorry OldJedi, it looks like I brought my arm twisting machine for nothing. I didn't think I'd have much luck getting reliable information about the B92 constraint anyways

I was impressed with both cars, the vert looked really good in person IMO. Seeing the exposed carbon fiber insert in person just reinforced my desire for that option. While I do like the satin insert and may be forced to order it if the constraint isn't removed by the time my order is pulled, B92 gives the car a more high end look that really fits well with this car. I have my fingers crossed.

The Hotwheels car, while not my thing, was definitely wild and grabbed a lot of attention. I overheard many positive comments.

Without further adieu, here are some of the pics I promised. Sorry the pictures are kind of large, but I thought you'd enjoy the higher quality.

The other photos are nice too, thanks for going HQ on the shots. I saved a few for personal viewing.

How did u like Ashen grey? do the photos do the colour justice? my order on the ZL1 looks exactly like the Carbon concept.

I'm glad you like it.

I too have an AGM on order that will hopefully look like the carbon concept (if the B92 issue gets resolved). So with that said, I was very much so looking forward to seeing this color in person. I can now say that I have no reservations about my color choice, I was impressed.

It was likely the lighting, but to me the convertible looked incredible. AGM gave this car a very refined and high end look all the while maintaining it's sinister, serious nature. I does appear to be a little bit darker and deeper than CGM, which to me is a good thing. I know there's different strokes for different folks, but in comparison, the 2013 GT500 on the floor with it's "look at me" smurf blue color and a bunch of vinyl decals all over the place to convey that it's not your ordinary Mustang just doesn't work for me. The ZL1 had a much more subdued but higher end look. You could tell just by looking at it that it was a special, high performing car. It just doesn't need an obnoxious color with a bunch of stickers plastered all over it to convey that message. It looked like a refined badass in person, and AGM had a lot to do with that

I agree the colour just stands out, and with the B92 it just sets itself apart from the rest. I really dont like the GT500 its too boyish IMHO, and Ford really keeps this image with all the cute colours and stickers that are on it.
What i like about AGM is it has mutliple "looks" depending on the lighting. Amber lights bring out the gold flake giving the car a darker look, but when a white/blueish light hits it the car pops with the blue flakes lighting up the colour. Your second pic of the rear end explains that perfectly. The colour spilt difference can be seen right down the middle of the car.

Im sticking with the B92 even tho there are issues, but being in Canada those issues will be long resovled by the time we get our cars.
Now hopefully the Carbon concept or AGM convertable make it to Toronto so i can see it in person.
