Not wanting to hijack the thread or anything, but I took my car in for service yesterday and the dealer mentioned i needed a program flash for the AC. I asked if they would have to get into the ecm for any of that as I had a tune on the engine and would need to pull it out first. The service manager chimed in and informed me that if I had any engine warranty work required and they sent my ecm info in with the claim, it wouldn't be payed. I informed the service manager that if I had any issues regarding the engine, the factory tune would be installed before he even saw the car. He replied, that's what I wanted to hear... I thought how cool is that...

John F- for those who care about warranty- Thanks for the Knowledge Nugget. I for one could care less about a warranty. Me screwing with this motor is an assumable risk and I will take my chances.

I break the warranty on every new Harley I own, the week I get it.

Understand everyone can't self insure so to speak, but I am willing to take my chances.

Just my thoughts,
Mike

I'm with you. I told the Service manager that It was his engine until I get the cam in it next spring. Then he won't have to worry about it anymore. Now all I have to do is keep my wife from finding out.. lol

I am not going below Map pricing so I don't understand how you tie the 2 together.

I am offering my services for Free with a Purchace of a Trinity, What does that have to do with MAP policy?

Ted on this Black Friday deal on the Trinity will this include updates if needed in the future? I am very seriously considering your deal.

All Diablosport Trinity Updates are FREE, I suggest you get all your bolt ons in place before you collect on the FREE custom tune.

hahahaha... I hear ya....

just saying, that's how the predator/trinity adjust the WOT fueling for GM's...

when you make a PE fueling adjustment with the predator/trinity, it adjusts the PE Modifier VS RPM Air/Fuel table...

The MAF tables don't get touched at all for GM's...

What do we know about Diablo's tuner to replace the Predator. I know it's called
Ntune. When iis it coming out, what does it look like? Is it basically the Predator
with different design? Thanks!

All it is, It is a new tuner to consolidate Part numbers, Right now there are too many part numbers.

They should have 1 part number to work with every model, it will operate exactly like the Predator.

That's what I heard.

Ted.

I guess the only concern I have with the Diablo over the Vector tune is that Vector has a tune for the TCM as well. On the A6's I would think thats a pretty big deal. Correct me if Im wrong bu the Diablo does not have a tune for the TCM as of yet. Still waiting.

That being said, how do you get as much HP and T gains if you cant tune the TCM as well?

Im just looking for the best bang for the buck.............
