I didn't pay really close attention my first few tanks of gas but it doesn't seem like my gas mileage was too bad. It's really quite good right now and I'm driving the same engine/tranny you are. Are you putting 91 octane in the tank? I know, I know, that's a dumb question. I just can't imagine what could cause such poor milage unless you are either full throttle or full brake. Take it in and see what they say, maybe one cylinder isn't firing. Who knows?

Congrats on getting your VIN. The answer is.....

FOREVER! Well, at least it seems that way. The real answer is about a month. We'll wait with you. Let us know what is going on each step of the way.

Hopefully by mid December. Has anyone here done any performance mods yet or are you keeping them stock? Im thinking a supercharger and full exhuast would be fun.

Thebrainhart has done some stuff, mostly exhaust I think. SSOOCH has put in a Hurst shifter. The rest of us are pretty much stock I think. Thebrainhart is planning a supercharger I believe.

Grats victory on your Vin. Seems like it was only yesterday that I had to wait for my car.. From Vin to delivery for me was about two weeks and three days to be exact lol..

I thought the wait going from 1100 was bad.. No really it's totally worth it just wished I would have got her a few months earlier. Right now she is parked pretty much in the garage till spring only on dry roads and decent weather will I take her out.

Just think how fun it will be with all of us getting together in late spring..

Just a few pictures:
Me and my baby lol.. I got my car on 10-29-09 and was able to get my miles captured with the 1029.
Then being a little board I followed Sheslc4's idea and got a few pictures of the born on date for my picture collection.

Sent the ' Fbodfather" a Thanksgiving greeting and mentioned that we wanted to meet him in January at the Auto Expo. He said that he is tring to get something going with Motortrend regarding a meet and greet. That's exciting and I will try and get him to sign my Camaro book that my Dealer gave me.

There was only one question on my accounting exam this morning: "write a statement of cash flow using the indirect method and the following information"... followed by an entire page of numbers. I thought, hmmm, statement, hmmm, something like cash in equals cash out, nah he'd probably never go for that. Maybe a penny saved is a penny earned? but then what do I do with all these numbers? I finally settled on "Bernie Madoff lives."

Do you guys think I'll pass that class?
