1) Boost doesn't impact your motor, cylinder pressure does. Don't go over 650whp
2) Yes, headers will decrease boost because they reduce restriction. 3) Lingenfelter GT9 |

I'd always go with a 2" for forced induction, that's what I went with too.

Your fuel system may also need upgrading, injectors and pump. Don't forget the l99 lifters. I'm on stock pulley from kb and make about 7-8 psi with Stainless works 1 7/8 LTs, solo Mach xl cat back. I'm looking at same things you from ECS. Maybe a blower cam and ls3 conversion to take the worries out.

I could have gone custom but after doing all the research, there isn't anything bad about the GT9 cam. LPE is one of the largest LSX aftermarket companies, so they really do their homework on their can grinds, you really can't beat them.

Gt9 isn't a bad cam there are just better cams for his app and actually yours. I would rather have the gt11 in a street car anyways more power down low and would more than likely be faster all around at the track with a normal street car build. I would just get a vendor to spec a custom one for your needs and wants that's the best way to go since you get exactly what you want if you ask me and more than likely would be easier on springs etc..
