According to comments on the wish tv story the guy was a veteran and a pilot.
You gotta think something just went horribly wrong. Very tragic.

Hey All,

A short time ago, one or two local folks said they were looking for a VMax CNC TB for their SS. I have two at the shop now for an install at my shop (will not ship) and it is first come first served. You can call or PM me to let me know you are interested.

Just let me know and thanks.

Hello again everyone!

I just got a post from Russ asking about the possible meet at Sam's Club on E.washington St. to support Riley Hospital. I had given up on the idea after I couldn't get it going last year, but if people are still interested I would be willing to try and get this going once more. For those who have forgotten or are new I did get permission from Sam's (where I work) to host the meet, but got it so late last year that everyone decided to try it in the spring.

If you would please post if you are still interested in that thread I would appreciate it! Here is a link to the original thread which can also be found under the "past events" section of the first post in this thread: http://www.camaro5.com/forums/showthread.php?t=95666

As I posted before, I did get permission to host an event there and I still have the proposal form I gave them saved on my computer and will probably have to let them see it once more, but I think I can get this going again.

If anyone is still interested in this please post in this thread, but I will also do a reminder post in the C5 Indiana Camaro Club thread just in case.
I actually work at Riley, as a member of the IT group associated with the Dept. of Pediatrics. I'd be happy to participate in this event.

However, I'd also suggest getting with as many local groups (Southside Mustangs already does an event for Riley). You might be able to do a co-promotion or something along those events. If you can avoid duplicating the work, why not?

As for me, I can post up something with the Indy Grand Prix group, as I'm a former member. I'll duplicate this post in that thread too..

CICC ANNUAL SHOW May 7th

Decided to concentrate efforts and only have one show this year, as opposed to a spring and fall show as in the past.

This years CICC open car show will be Saturday May 7th at Hummel Park in Plainfield. We will be near the back entrance and will have a shelter. The park director is looking forward to us having our show there and in the future. There will be food available courtesy of the Boy Scouts, and our DJ as well. Awards will be a top 25 plus "best of show". Will have dash plaques for the first 50 to register. Registration starts at 9am to 12pm with awards at 3:30.

Hope to see you there!!!!!!

Dave just so you know that is a pretty busy weekend here in Indy. IMS opens and that is pole day, they're holding a club day event for car clubs, AND the pace car reunion that weekend as well. Also the National F-body event is going on that weekend as well out a IRP, or ORP, or I guess it's Lucas Oil Park now. I know a few of us CICC'ers will be at the pace car reunion, and others have been prepping their cars all winter for the F-body event.
