How easy does that stuff peel off? I'd paint it with real paint, but back on track that looks good . I like it!!

when you say you turned it into the 1LE did you get the package from the dealer with the suspension mods and halfshafts and all other components that make up a 1LE?

It takes some work to peel off but not that bad.

I'm pretty sure he means he's making his car look like a 1LE. Using Plasti dip. Like the title of the thread shows.

Goo-Gone makes it melt away with ease. I had to redo one of my bezels when I accidentally dripped some Goo-Gone on there while trying to take my dealership sticker off.

No rattle cans, I by the liquid cans and mix them 50/50 or so with a thinner, it's a thinner just for products like plasti dip. Mix it up and I use a Wagner spray gun. My buddy and I have done his whole gto this way you can see just the front of the car in the last pic, it takes some practice with the gun and ratio of dip to thinner. Hope this help.

Names of the thinner Toluene, Naphtha there is another that I used and can't find it right now, but they have different drying rates and you have tutu okay with it, it's all weather dependent.
