This is a trick question... the 2012 V6 does not have an LLT, it has an LFX.

Only advantage he has is that the mustang weighs 300 to 400 lbs less, but he has 210horsepower / 240TQ compared to your 323 horsepower / 278 TQ.
You have nothing to worry about unless you do something like a quick 0 - 60 run and you end up spinning the tires while he takes off good.
