Aftermarket bumpers?
So I hit a huge pothole (damn crappy AL roads) and it creased my bumper and broke the tabs off the blinker. My insurance is paying for a new bumper but told me I can get an aftermarket one and just pay the difference if there is one and then they will still pay to have it painted and installed. So question is, where can I look for aftermarket bumpers for a 2010 2SS LS3? I've been searching on here with not much luck

Why would you get an aftermarket bumper when the insurance pays for an OEM one? If you want to upgrade to a ZL1 or something, then you have to pay the difference.

Well the problem with this would be the cost associated with it. The oem v8 bumper is about 325 before paint. A zl1 upgrade will be about 1200 before paint. A rideskinz bumper would be 800 before paint. A t3 bumper is like 1000 before paint (if I recall correctly). So if you want to ante up for a new one, you are looking at paying a bit of difference. But rideskinz is an aftermarket one, the zl1 upgrade is nice, and the t3 has the ports you see on bumblebee in transformers 3

I mean style wise. Are there any upgrades from the OEM that may include a splitter or different design or something like that

Do you have any links to those or a good website where I can see multiple options?

ZL1 Conversion Bumper from Gary's Customz:
http://www.camaro5.com/forums/showthread.php?t=196947 T3 Bumper: http://www.camaro5.com/forums/showthread.php?t=97062 Rideskinz Bumper: http://www.camaro5.com/forums/showthread.php?t=248694 note about the t3 bumper: Since it is just some ports that go into the stock v8 bumper, you could essentially just buy the ports and have your body shop install them onto the bumper |

If your paying the diff I would say only go the zl1 or T3. Rideskins is still gona cost you a pretty penny to get installed. Ask me how I know!
