Damn, those are sweet but I don't know if I can swing $1500 a wheel. I was looking at the Torq Thrust M.

In other news, am I the only one that prefers the 2016 RS over the SS solely based on looks? I wouldn't change the hood or spoiler because of the cooling and aero properties but those 2 vents are too much for me with everything going on with the front end. Maybe seeing one in person in Hyper Blue would change my mind but I would like to see an SS with the V6 hood and spoiler. B4C/ wolf in sheeps clothing package anyone? If the V6 body is adequate to cool the LT1 for heavy duty street use I would go for that in a heartbeat. I'm not one for exterior mods. Interested in seeing stripe packages for both models. They'll be hard pressed to top the rally stripes from the fifth gen I think. The full length stripes also go really well with the refresh and I never see them on the street.
I too prefer the RS front end over the SS front. I'm not a fan of the protruding edge on each side.
It's funny I didn't like the 2010-2013 5Gen front as much either due to what looked like swollen cheeks on either side.

Now I can't decide if I want to keep the classic look or black out all the chrome.

I'd do both...all blacked-out except the headlight buckets and badges. The front looks strange with the blacked-out buckets.

I'm going all black or all chrome but mostly black with chrome light bezels might look good too.

I never saw that jab Al O. took at Ford. But that's pretty funny.

Bhobbs, I would stay stock as far as appearance. I can certainly see updating some of powertrain and chassis bits, but the blacked out, although nice looking, doesn't do it for me for cars of that vintage.

As for the 2016, I find myself in a bit of a quandary. Lately I am really enjoying my SS. It is roomy, seats 4 very comfortably and has room in the trunk for luggage or even 4 sets of golf clubs.

As I don't have room for a 3rd car, the Gen 6 will have to be awesome.

I guess I'm past the hoopla and need to actually see one.

For me it doesn't really matter until I sell a house, but I'll wait to see what the Z version holds in store anyway.

Remember Ferris Bueler... "NINE Times."

Congrats on the milestone.

One of our own is in need of our prayers. He reached out to me yesterday, but does not want this public. Send your prayers out for a good guy that has contributed much to this forum. God knows his name and our friend will know from this post.

Please do not pm me for more information. I can't say more.
