What should I pay for a 2014 1LE ?
I have gone to four Dealers in the Nashville area and have had salesmen tell me that the markup is minimal on the Camaros. I am wanting a 2014 2SS 1LE with RS, NPP, Sunroof, & Navigation. The best deal I have negotiated so far with is for $43,900 plus taxes and tags, another $3300. $47,200 OTD

This post should probably be moved to the pricing forum we can get a mod to move it though.
MSRP with your options should be about $44,195 and Invoice would be $41,831, both without destination charge. (The dealers offer stands at $43,900) The dealer is asking for $2070 over invoice and only about $300 under MSRP. If they sell it at that price they will pocket about $3425 when you include factory hold back. (hold back should be about $1355) Let me ask you are they trying to negotiate with you on payments including the value of your trade in and not the actual price of the car? Have you gone to each dealer individually and negotiated this price face to face at each place? (if so God have mercy on you for that trial) Are they sharing invoice information with you? Regardless their price is very high they aren’t cutting you any kind of deal here, GM preferred pricing comes out to $42,478 with your options and that is something you should be able to get close to even if you don’t qualify for the program. Also when are you planning on pulling the trigger here? I assume right now since you have already spoken to dealers and gotten some quotes. Let us know and we will do the best to help out. |

Make sure to get it at or below gm preferred pricing depending on which incentives you are qualified to use. Also compare 13 prices to 14, the differences between the two are a matter of plastic parts.

My deal is inovoice minutes holdback plus dealer fee. You should be able to find a better deal. I always have more luck with the intent sales people for some reason.

I will be paying cash for this car. When sitting down with the dealer, he came up with a $43,711 for dealer invoice which is $1479 less than MSRP. This total included the $995 destination fee and the $884 in advertising fees. Should I be paying these fees?
