Radiator Capacity

Does anyone know the radiator fluid capacity for the L99? Have not been able to find it on Google.

The owners manual should have the capacity listed. Why are you changing the coolant out Rick? Hope to see you at Friendly tomorrow, I'll have a red seat handle waiting for you.

I will be there at Friendly
I am draining it and putting some stuff in it that is called "Water Wetter" made by redline. It is supposed to help your radiator run cooler and protect it from corrosion. Also improve heat transfer and reduce cylinder head temperature. Supposedly it works best by using less antifreeze, (In warmer climates), and more water. I talked to a couple of Vette owner that swear by it.

I put watter wetter in my M3. It does keep temps down during the summer months. My car runs a lot cooler. I always thought that you just added it to your coolant. I have never drained the coolant to add that stuff before. Let us know how it goes.

If I rememer correctly 1 12oz bottle treated an entire 3 to 4 gallons which would be about 11 to 12 quarts. So you shouldn't have to drain the system. Just remove about 12 oz with a turkey baster and replace with the water wetter. If you need a 12 oz measuring device I have about 30 in a handy carrying case you can borrow when I'm done!
