should I use different oil since I'm supercharged? currently using 5W-30

It wouldn't hurt to go with an oil that has more ZDDP (high zinc content) to protect your valvetrain and other components from high heat and wear. Amsoil, Valvoline, Joe Gibbs all make higher zinc content oils, for a higher price of course.

and change it more often. it will get dirty much quicker with the blow by.

It depends on how much boost your running, for you area I would at least run 10w30.
We have a much hotter climate out here, we run 5w50 in the 8lbs of boost or less, and 15w50 over 8lbs of boost. |

I run Valvoline VR1 Syn 20w50, it is a high zinc formula and works great for me. Get used to your taking a while to warm up though, takes about 10 to 15 minutes before your car wants to play ball.
