No, I'm quite the opposite of what you're thinking. I grew up liking all muscle cars, and I still do.

If you really must know, the over all styling is over-done to me. (as is everything Shelby) Then again the starting platform isn't my favorite looking mustang to begin with. For the price I just think it's not worth it. I agree with Dragoneye though. At least it markets to a certain segment. It's a shame that most will garage these cars though. I'd like to see some on the street as much as I don't like them.

Well you may see a few on the streets, but I guarantee you that the ones in the 100's will be in someones collection garage :(

maybe the ones with the higher numbers will see the streets. Hopefully

i think its over priced too. the styling is over done, but atleast its not under done. ide rather have a muscle car look crazy then boring like the third gen mustang. like how everyone else says in this forum, to each his own. i just cant wait till the z28 comes out -_-

Seriously, though...the car is nice in execution. I wish they would have tightened things up a bit on the bottom end, that's all. It looks a little like it's still got a cover draped over it...the side body panels go too low...too vertically.

That's my only real complaint besides the invasive-looking gauges on the A-pillar.

It's not a Ford product anymore than a Lingenfelter Camaro is a GM product.

True, though it does get confusing when the Shelby GT500 is a Ford while the Shelby GT350 is a Shelby

would make more sense as a shelby 700....

350 just has no place if they really are cranking the pref up...

Yes, it does. There is a story about how that happened, but this is neither the time nor the forum to go into the details.

Neither the 350 nor the 500 in GT350/GT500 has anything to do with the horsepower either car makes. Never did in the '60's and doesn't now. It is pure coincedence that the 2007-2009 GT500's made five hundred horsepower.

Well maybe they should consider adopting that less confusing method of branding their cars =p
