Z is the best letter...the only letter. Without Z, the alphabet would be incomplete. Z is special enough to be separated out from the masses in the Alphabet song with the word "and". No other letter is afforded this distinction.

By comparison, 'G' and 'T' are mushed together with other letter groups in the song for memorization, because otherwise they would be forgotten.

"eeeffgeee" (which ironically sounds like "Effigy", meaning "a crude representation of someone disliked, used for purposes of ridicule." in the dictionary...)

and

"teeyouvee"...which doesn't sound like much of anything. One must repeat the alphabet song at least 2 times to pick it out.
