Running out of things to do to my Camaro
So I've been thinking about what else I can do to mod / make my Camaro more unique. Here's what I have so far;
-Clear Bra -Tint -MRT Ver 1.0 exhaust -Airaid CAI -Fender Hashes -Hood Spears -Blacked out taillights -Blacked out day time running lights I'm not sure what else I can do, I'm a College Student so a Super / Turbo Charger is out of the question obviously I don't think there is much I can do appearance wise without going overboard, I really like the stock wheels and I don't want to blackout the bowties as I really like the contrast with the gold and black. I'd like to avoid running the risk of voiding warranties for now. Any ideas are welcome

You could get the blue LED's to replace your dome and trunk lights, and maybe change the color of your Halos.

Exhaust is done, just need headers, don't want LT due to legality reasons in certain areas and I've heard that the short tubes don't do much, so I don't want to run the risk of voiding warranties over very minimal performance gains.
Not a fan of Heritage Grill Painted Calipers.. I haven't thought of that, good idea.

Did you feel more power after your CAI? I am thinking about getting that for my first mod. Would you recommend getting the exhaust first or the CAI? I know they have a 2.0 version out that gives a nice tone from the rear with out the drone of the exhaust in the car during cruise. Please tell my your thoughts in detail cause I am not sure what to do first. Thx. Wizzer |

i put the CAI, Headers, and 3" exhaust on at the same time and noticed one hell of a difference in power. got the car dyno tuned and their was a bigger power gain. prolly gonna get more power out of the CAI then just putting some axle back exhaust on, but anytime you let the engine breathe more air in and out your gonna make power.

I heard something about the computer adjusting things down due to the CAI and there was not much difference. I think I read something here that the Air Raid guy swore that this wont happen with his model cause it is designed for the car. any thoughts on that? |

You could get the side gill accents. They make them with thin silver or thicker if you wish. These ones are decals.
Really sets off the lines of the car and reminds me of my old 1969 SS I just picked up some for under $50.00 shipped (EBay) And if you don't like it's an easy removal. It' not performance but the GM trunk mat is cool. I mean I like it. |

havent ever heard of that but anything is possible.. Got my CAI from ADM performance. He was having good hp gains over the factory air box(i forget the actual hp gain) i just trust what Andy says the guy that runs ADM performance
