Anyone else who has gotten theirs, did you receive a MAF spacer?

After reading through the entire instructions manual it says that one is included with longer screws

And I didnt get either

Some Customers have asked about the MAF spacer block and screws.
We omitted them from the "forum kits" because we have the information about your car. Ex: 6sp Man vs Automatic, what aftermarket parts that you have or were going to have etc..

We have also looked up the average Density Altitude in each customers city and state to verify the best overall combination for each car,thus Removing any guesswork.
(The spacer will richen the car by 4-5%)
