Will MRC be recalibrated?
Hey Al, hope you and the team are doing great. I was just curious if there are any plans on updating the MRC calibration such as the vette team did on the c7s? NOT pointing that it needs it, I didn't think the C7 needed it either and it most definitely had improved the ride modes very noticeably and I would love to see an update to make it even better on the camaro as well!

Interesting question. Would this be an uprgrade on exisiting vehicles or new vehicles only?

Would be nice if it were available to us who already purchased, and of coarse standard on new cars!

Might really be nice if you could switch between a more track-oriented calibration and something more street-oriented.

It's a very simple process. You go to the dealership, pay them $350 bucks and then update the ECU with the new MRC calibration for ALL 2014+ C7s except the 2018s, 2018s/2019s I believe already have it done @ factory.

I heard it makes a big difference on the Vettes. I thought I read where Al had already said they will not offer recalibrations for the Camaro because it's already optimized.

From what I gather the Camaro got the latest MRC calibration which was developed after the C7 had been out for two plus years, and this re-flash for the C7 just gives the Corvette guys what the Camaro already had installed.
That's not to say that a few years from now some new programming may come out after more development and track testing along with technological advancements to improve what we have now. Just kind of nice to know we have what is currently the best available right now.

I remember reading somewhere that Al said tongue-in-cheek that it didn't need a recal...that they did it right in the first place. But I can't find the quote/article.
