How much does all of that weigh? and how durable are the motors?

The infamous 4th Gen Electric cutouts had a tendency to fail after driving on the streets (water/dirt) and having the actuator switch held too long after the butterfly made contact with the flange...

Good questions.

Each unit weighs 7lbs plus clamps/wiring. We use a 200lb capacity sealed screw drive linear actuator that holds its position at any stopping point during its travel. The actuator also has internal limit switches @ fully extended and retracted positions so there is no possibility of end of travel over torque or burn out. We have been doing this since 2000 and have yet to have an actuator fail due to heat, moisture, cold, ice, dirt, etc.. I'm not saying it won't fail but if it does, we will take care of it. We purposely went overkill on the actuator for durability and ease of use

The extents of our installs go from Canada and New York to southern California- so we feel they are tested.

those are the exhaust tip sizes not the actual exhaust sizes.

This car and our product seem to be a cool match.

So yes- if you need it, we will sell it to ya. Only after we finalize any design changes that may be necessary.

Just for a clarification- this is a diverter not a cutout in the traditional sense. We use 4 butterflies all in sync which would require 4 'cutouts' and an exhaust plumbing master to pull off. This is the industries only self contained dual butterfly piece that gives you infinate range from full stock to full 100% open header/manifold. "Cutouts" just give exhaust an escape path but your exhaust system still receives alot of noise and energy making them less effective. As we open up our system we are progressively closing off the quiet side completely. Believe me, this makes a huge difference!

The "h" design will allow you to leave every factory hanger/bracket untouched and we just shift the loud stuff to the side.

And- with a recip saw and a 9/16" wrench it should only take 10 - 15 minutes per diverter to BOLT-IN YOURSELF IN YOUR GARAGE with NO WELDING plus whatever time it takes to wire the controller.
