First off, awesome job on your car! It looks great! Also, I was wondering if you still had contact info for the XSpower headers. Nvm, found it under GM Parts, not Camaro like all other cars.

I'd be using on pair for street, road course track occassion drag just to hang out, no real competing.
Car looks awesome bro'.
Not sure, it would be REALLY close.

After reading your build think I am going to go with the 18" Forgestars. I like more of a tire selection with the 18's versus 19's. Keep up the good work.

4/8/12 So I sold my 18x8.5/18x11 Forgestar F14s today :( . I ordered the EXACT same wheels, except these will be 18x10 all the way around. I had bought the 18x8.5 w/245/45 front because I wanted the lightest wheel/tire for drag racing. I later bought some 18x4 skinnies for the track so I didn't need to have the light/narrow fronts anymore. I wanted the car to handle a whole lot better so I ordered two 18x10s and wanted to narrow the 18x8.5s to run as skinnies so I would have two complete sets of Forgestar F14s (one street and one track). With money being tight lately I decided that if I could sell my 18x8.5 fronts I would just keep my 18x4 skinnies and save all the $$$ I would spend on narrowing. If I could sell my fronts AND rears I would order two more 18x10 and run the same wheels/tires all the way around so I could have a squared set up and rotate the tires to any corner of the car.

I found a buyer pretty quick for my complete set up So know I am waiting on my new wheels. http://www.camaro5.com/forums/showthread.php?t=213945

4/16/12 WOO HOO! got my new tires! today. Four 285/40 18 Goodyear Eagle F1 Supercar tires for only $79 each!!!!!

Heck of a price! I'm in need of some new tires...

I'll be sure to keep an eye on the thread to see pics of them mounted.

Great thread, very useful.

Do you know the belt number for the ASP pulley or did it come with the pulley?

Main Belt: Gates K060827 or 82.7" Equivalent
Accessory Belt: Gates K040353 or 35.3" Equivalent
They don't have to be these EXACT sizes, if you know how to read belt sizes you can just pick one very close to this size. I think I couldn't find these sizes and just bought the sizes right under them. I would rather have a tight belt that will stretch a bit over time than an already loose belt that will stretch even more.

Went to the track tonight. My car ran ok, a little slower than I would have liked (DA was crappy), but more importantly I got a chance to race Ginger vs THE BEAST!!!!

They also had the scales on so I weighed both my vehicles.

On the left is my 4,250 lb bolt on convertible SS
On the right is 6,015 lb turbo Escalade ESV
