Just because I am a woman doesnt mean I drive a V6
lol last night, I took my daughter & 2 of her friends to a welcome 6th graders to Middle school dance over at their new middle school (the one they will be starting in sept) & I drove the Camaro.
I stop in at Autozone to see if one of the gals I know was working lol. She wasnt there. so the guy that was parked next to me came out of the store & said NICE car its a V6 right????   :ma d0260: I gave him a stuck up look & snorted & said NO its a V8 its a fully loaded 2 SS/rs (yes I got snobbish with him lol) & this isnt the first time either. God because I am a woman people think I cant drive a V8???? almost everything I own is a v8 & high powered at that. let see, the 57 chevy pick up has a Pontiac 400 V8 the 71 camaro has a crate motor 350 (290horse of course)V8 72 buick skylark gots a stock buick 350 V8 87 Iroc-z28 has a 355 V8 (& dont know what hp it will have under that hood yet) 90 Corvette vert gots a 350 (l98) V8 95 camaro Z28 LT1 V8 99 silverado 5.3L V8 00 Bonneville (NOW this is the v6) 2010 Camaro 2SS/RS 6.2l V8 ok COME ON only one vehicle I own is a v6, unless you want to count the ATVs & the lawn tractor lol

I get the same thing..my neigbour asked why I bought a V6 after taking the neighbourhood kids for a ride..I told him it is a V8 and he said 'well, your driving it like it a V6"..dumbass...we live on a crescent with a lot of kids and a few cops (one being right across the street) of course I am going to drive it 'normal'..he has not talked to me since..oh well

I have no problem driving a v6. I'm going from an 89 Buick Century Limited 3.3 to a 11 Camaro LT/RS 3.6 and thats PLENTY of improvement.

Oh Trust me, i bet you that happens here, but out her in South Sacramento area, there is a lot of women driving the V8 Camaros, and some nice v10 Trucks. But hey i got to say i love v6's too. :P
