I don't know how well that would work with the different locations of some of the sensors. I know like crank trigger and cam sensor those will be easy but the knock sensor will be in the valley cover not on the side of the block. I'm sure it can be done anything can be done with enough money but would it be cheaper to buy a ly6 block and swap everything over than it would to get that to work. I'm no expert in that swap but I would check on ls1tech I'm sure it's been done over there.

You will not be disappointed, I have an lq9 from Texas speed. With an lsa blower I am at 763 hp and 800 ft lbs of torque, only problem is I had it built with low compression and need more boost than the lsa blower can push, but the car is so well balanced and an absolute beast

58x reluctor, LS2/3 timing chain cover and sensor, 4 node cam gear, drill and tap block for new style knock sensors.
If you have DoD, that has to go because there is no way to get oil to it with a gen III block. I know they make a box to go from 58x reluctor to a 24x ECU without changing the reluctor, but not sure they make one to go from 24x reluctor to 58x ECU. Someone probably makes a pretty plug to fill the cam sensor hole in the back of the LQ9 block or you could plug it with the old cam sensor.
