Mad at yourself, right? I mean, I don't recall anybody forcing anyone to buy anything. If people are too lazy to do research before buying anything, they have no room to complain. People have known a more powerful powertrain was coming for the Mustang well in advance of the 2010 model year.

Still getting beat by the 5.0? Possibly Give GM 30 seconds to react. They spent 6+ years finessing and perfecting this car, and I'd hardly say Camaro is out of the game, even as things stand right now. You want solid performance improvements, give it a minute. You could always sell and pick up a 5.0 if you're that discouraged... Just keep in mind- by 2012, Camaro's gonna be tappin that @S$ at every single light once again

Yeah but no matter what changes are made to the mustang it's still a mustang with a ridiculous small cabin. My wife has the 2010 mustang and with the seat all the way back it's still to small. Plus and statics show it can't compete with the Camaro. Just look at the sales the last 10 months.

I'm not so sure. If the changes were efficiency based (intake, exhaust, and slight retune) it would be possible to have a little more power without hurting fuel economy, maybe even improving it slightly.

The people who ordered Synergy Green 1LTs will still have the green interior panels/stitching. I don't believe those will be available on other Camaros.

Why? If you have a 2010 in SG, it's still just as rare as it was before this announcement.

+1. The Camaro is a strong product. With strong sales, and strong performance numbers. Other cars in their fleet are not so fortunate...and they cannot develop 40 cars at once....staff and resources are shared within GM.

Translation of today's release. We are selling the hell out of the 2010 Camaros and are going to ride this wave for another year. Green is more popular then we thought so we will be offering it as an option as well. Plus we will be releasing a convertible and a Z28, both should add tremendous sales to an already hot product.

Cant say that I blame them for not investing a ton of money into new features for a vehicle that they know they are going to sell the heck out of.

I don't; they got a limited edition vehicle. The 2011 will not have the green interior package or stiching. The 2010 SGM will always be the limited edition they purchased.

The rumor that this color would expand has been floating around since the LE was released. If it was that much of a concern for them then they should have waited to buy.
