Gota pay to play...

You spend 25-30k+ for a sports car..... don't complain about $400 for a simple mod. lol

The thing I do not like about K&N is the heat shield does not properly seal off the filter from the engine bay. There is still a small gap at the bottom of the airbox where the intake can suck in hot engine air. Beside that, they are not bad for the price. I would still spend the extra coin for a Roto-Fab or Airaid though.

Best regards,

Tyler

It doesn't look like it fits very well from the pictures I've seen, the typical K&N, "That's close enough! Ship it!"

Can anyone confirm this is the right one for a V6 LFX engine? The site doesn't state it's for LFX.

And earlier on this thread someone stated he didn't think there were CAI for LFX V6.

Thanks in advance.

I have this on my 2013 lfx. Here is the link to what it looks and sounds like:

This is with the MRT v2 exhaust. I have added the Magnaflow resonated x pipe since then. I'm waiting on my ARH hfc to be delivered. When I install it, I will make another video.

The following link is with the Magnaflow resonated x pipe but no ARH hfc yet. Sounds much deeper, but too quiet for my taste:

ARH HFCs are being delivered on friday.

I don't want to hijack this thread, so I started a new thread for those that are interested in the ARH HFC's:
