10,000 posts and some "other news"

I just hit....

Ten thousand posts on this wonderful forum. Its taken a while, but I'm here. Its been nearly 3 years since I first joined up here. a lot of great times, a handful of bad times, I wouldnt do away with any of them.

I will admit to being a post whore, tho only a little over 1000 of my posts are in the PWA threads.

I want to say a huge THANK YOU to everyone here, you guys made it possible. asking the questions, stirring up the discussions, and making this forum the best ever. From the good eggs to the bad, you guys make this site what it is. I'm proud to be a member and a moderator here. This place is like a second family for me. I've made countless friends (around 14k+ roughly....lol). From long, late night phone calls with Tag and Kyle2k, to even later night IM's with shank, Dragoneye, GTA, and a whole mess of others speculating on this car since its conception, to seeing the first one roll off the line, to missing Tag getting the first CGM off the line, to driving Number 3 and his wife around in #296 to everything that we have gone thru here. Thank you.

Thank you Tran, for creating such a wonderful website and allowing me to be part of the mod squad and continually striving to make this site better than ever.

Thank you Scott Settlemire, for helping to create such a wonderful car repeatedly over the years and thank you for helping us "keep the faith".

Thank you Number 3, for letting me take #296 for a spin, for you and your wife coming to play golf and meeting my wife and finally allowing her to see the car up close.

Thank you Dragoneye and Kyle2k and the many others for pm'ing me as often as you have over the years asking random questions about things, we now have multiple tech writeups (and more on the way).

Thank you everyone.

ps. a little side note that I want to add. 10,000 posts on a Camaro forum is a big accomplishment. But not quite as big as the news that I found out this morning. As some of you know, I am Active Duty Air Force, and I found out this morning that I just made Staff Sgt. So hooray on 2 things for me today.

again, thank you all!

Edit!!!!!!

One more addition....

THANK YOU AGAIN TRAN!!!!

I have just been promoted to full-fledged moderator as well.
