Injen short ram intake, BBK header w/ hi flow cats, resonator delete and MRT V2 exhaust. Dyno from October 2011 was 243 hp, and from October 2012 was 229 hp. So I don't know which of those I should compare to? I'm still waiting for a response from my datalog.

Thanks! I'll just have to see how it runs at the track. Also it was superhumid outside, not sure if it makes a difference.

Guess that isn't bad as mine is just 70 dollars an hour for just the weld. I would be taking it in a truck so all they have to do is weld. I will have to bolt it up on my car and mark the way the V2s have to go to look right in the diffuser before hand though.

If he doesn't have a catch can the loss could be due to valve clog up.

Doubt it. Because he seems to have made up what he lost and then some. And the mods he has currently, I wouldn't think would make up for 20hp and then give him another 10 on top
Edit: I just saw the pic of your dyno sheet. I'd get that to Vince and see if he can do anything because those dips sure look weird. |

The day after I pulled the 229 dyno, I ran a 14.1 1/4 mile at the track. So I assumed the dyno must've been off... Quote:

So there are way too many variables to know what kind of increase the headers/tune made. |

lonestar...I think your TQ looks great! That puts you at around 300 crank TQ.
Its the HP that seems a bit low to me. Not sure if the TQ number, or the HP number is closer to accurate (hopefully the TQ is) but ideally, the HP should be around 30 more than the TQ...which its not even close to that. The HP may be stronger than the dyno shows. What sucks is you'll never know without going through the trouble of testing at multiple dyno shops and seeing what kind of averages you are getting.

Ahhhh a fellow investor! I bought a little over $100 of Fannie Mae about 6 months ago when it was only a couple cents, well it went up 203% so I sold it. In hindsight I wish I took that stock seriously and invested as if it was one of my legitimate stocks....... ugh Sent from my SAMSUNG Galaxy S III using telekinesis.

Personally, I think the 229 dyno is a fluke. Has Vince said anything?
Did you old dyno sheets have the same dips this one does? |

Hey KJ one more question. When they wleded your MRTs to the LS3 mid pipes did they have to remove the actual mid pipes from the car? Or did they just lower them somewhat and weld them in place?
