GM Family Discount

Hello
I'm looking for someone that has a discount code they will not be using.My GM vehicle was built on 2-12-18 and will be out for delivery in next couple of weeks . The discount code will help save me a few $$ .

A GM Employee can lose their discount privileges for giving those codes out to people who dont qualify, so I dont see many that are going to be willing to try it.

I think you're looking for the supplier price, not "family". Like TJay said...they could get into trouble for pretending you're their kid, or something.

yeah i work for GM CAMI in ingersoll ontario, i was warned about sharing my discount codes with "strangers" so to speak.

you can go to Costco and get the executive membership for $120 which then gives you the GM Supplier Discount and an additional $700. As an added bonus you can then use their gas stations to fill up with their Tier One gasoline.

Costco program is not going right now, expired 1/2/18

But you can easily get it under supplier

Maybe it works that way in Canada, but not in the states. There is a specific list of "family" members that are eligible for the employee discount...

As I understand it, some GM employees can pass out "friends" discounts, which is supplier pricing...but that is a lower amount off than the "family" discount.

Mr. Wyndham is correct. I just retired from GM after 38 years. If Canada is different than US, that would be news to me. At certain executive levels you can also get 2 "Employee" discounts per month that can be given for specific conditions.

Any car bought on a GM Employee or Family discount has to be titled and registered to the qualifying purchaser for a minimum of 6 months before it can be sold. Longer (but I don't remember how much longer) for Corvettes and V-Series.
