Brand of gas you're using
Hi everyone, I'm a newbee to this forum; I just got my SIM 2SS/RS. I was wondering what brand of gas you're using for your V8 Camaro? Anyone notice any difference in power or gas mileage between brand of gas? Thanks for your responses.

Welcome Hawaiianboy... Congrats on your new Camaro. But as they say here in these forums - ya don't have one until you post pictures for the rest of us to see..
If you use the search feature - there are threads already out there with this information listed. I use Shell premium 93 octane. Tried some others like Crown, stick with the good stuff though. Started out getting about 18MPG on my 2SS/RS M6, then after about 2500-3000 miles, she loosened up a lot and got sounded rumbly (I like it).. Now getting about 21 combined driving and around 27 highway - unless I'm driving hard.. Lori |

Shell 93 Octane here also. Only 1200 miles on car so far, not monitoring mileage as of yet. Letting it get a little more miles on before checking.

I usually fill up at Stop & Shop since I get a 10 cent discount for every $100 I spend shopping there.
