help with rim size

if the size is 20x9 +35, what does the + 35 mean? I just wanna buy the right rims

35 is the offset

so the offset in the front should be different from the back? or ok to be the same all around

It depends on the size you are getting. For instance here is what our SS comes with stock

SS front 20x8 +35mm
SS rear 20x9 +40mm

You can run a square set up all around so you can rotate tires or for better handling. What are you trying to do man?

For instance I bought a second set of stock wheels so I could run 20x9 wheels all around and 275 tires all around.

Yu should really put new front tires on at the least. If I were you contact one of the vendors on here to help you out. They know all the offsets that work for you car.

A few of them would be Tony at dv8customs, Mike at bestwheeldeals.com, mod bargains, etc
