I had my eye on this one but we had a club meeting that day. November would be great... I really want to try out my new suspension goodies.

Oh, man...you should have had the whole club do a track day...how awesome would that have been! I'm telling you, you would NOT have been disappointed!

Well...looking around for an aftermarket rear diffuser...pricing.

Also need to get outside and change my brake fluid. I got some super blue brake fluid to be on the safe side. I don't want to boil my brake fluid again like I did yesterday. Having those pedals hit the ground was NOT fun at 80mph.

Also headed to Ancira for an oil change tomorrow. Maybe I'll get the tranny fluid changed to Mobile 1 as well.

Knew they'd be there since the more experienced cars were running today. Talked for a while with Sondra and she said it will be the weekend before Thanksgiving. She wasn't sure if it was going to be a 2-day split class (like this weekend) or if they would do their normal one-day session. So be sure you are all on the mailing list so you'll know ASAP!!

Can't remember his name, but the instructor in the red carrera (that was Debbi's instructor) took Aaron out in the Porche for a couple of laps. they said he took it easy on him, since all the wheels stayed on the ground. Apparently the instructors nickname is the drifter king LOL

Tag, Did you know Barry came from Houston for this? He wasn't there today when we went out, they said he had to head back.

Wow! Sounds like you guys had a lot of fun! Sorry I could not make it the Docs slammed me this last week and I did not think 9 hours driving a semi would be a good thing. But I did fly to Vegas, I know it does not compare with a track day but sometimes second best is good enough.
November is my busy season and I may try to hit the SEMA show so I wont even try the next one. How about in the spring? I would really like to hit that track, looks like a lot of fun!

So, I got all of the video's split up into 2 parts and correctly oriented (not upside down now ) and they are currently uploading to YouTube. Apparently, a video that's around 2gigs takes almost 2-and-a-half hours to upload. And then, once the video is uploaded, YouTube has to proccess the video

All 9 videos are up! Yay! (9 of 9)

Doug's Third Run (Facing Backwards ):

Debbie's Third Run (Battery died halfway through :():

Just the fact that the camera is facing backwards and not much traffic is behind you for the majority of the lap time.

Will definintely get the guys involved next time... Our club President used to be an instructor for the course here and is always trying to get the group to hit the road track.

Our Sept meeting was a must have since we have our own track meet going very soon (my sig). We have a road trip this weekend, Super Chevy show in a couple weeks so it's busy times here Camaro wise.

Sounds like I might need some brake upgrades....
