I see what you're talking about. The mufflers look like "full baby daipers"?

Don't worry, the production car won't look like that.

I actually think it looks fine with a front license plate, at least better than most performance cars look with front plates. You want a bad front plate look? Take a look at the Solstice.

Hey there,
Could someone Please tell me why some people think those headlamps are NOT the production ones, other than " i don't like those headlamps"??
They are not as nice as the prototype, but certainly are not Horrible....
where is the PROOF that those are NOT the correct production lamps?

There has been confirmation from people working directly with the Camaro that these lamps are just placeholders while the real ones are being developed. Also, several recent GM vehicles, such as the newest CTS, had similar off-the-shelf lamps used while those cars were still in development.

Those headlights are placeholders, the real ones take a while to get right I guess.

Yes, at least that's what we've been led to believe. No Official word except for "Those are not the real headlights". Read some of Fbodfather's posts. He as well as some others are official GM employees and they have said time and time again that the pre-production headlights are a quick job that someone through together from parts stores like Napa Auto or Kragen.

To add a bit to that, Camero is another guy who works on the Camaro. He's had some stuff to say regarding headlights too, I think. So yeah, search for posts by Fobdfather and Camero and contains the word "headlights". should give you all the official info we have. After that, its speculation.
