Not bad!

I'm surprised, though, of how fast they fall off after 6000 rpm.

The intake manifold is a real limitation on these cars...FAST LSRX should help to remedy this some however.

It nice to see that the optional 21" rims still put the power down.

auto or manual?

whats a good way to do a tune? Where would you take it where you wouldnt have to worry about them messing everything up on your car? If you cant tell, im clueless on all this and would like to learn about the tuning.

find a good tuner in your area....just check on the forum with local members. get a good baseline tune. Then start planning your mods....

Best bet, buy another ECU, get a custom tune done to it and if anything goes wrong, you swap out for the stock one for the dealer. Do a web search for "Westers" ecu tuning. Big improvements with GM vehicles from what I've seen on other forums. Go to "Denalitrucks.com" and see Butch on there, he will clue you in. GMC Sierra Denali's gain almost 1 second in the 1/4 with a tune. Lots of torque management built into the GM ecu's.
