Bulkhead and Meth?

Are you guys getting kicked off the track for lack of a steel bulkhead if your running Meth in the trunk? Also fuel lines need to be routed outside the cabin? What is your experience, is this isolated to Fontana in Cali?

Fuel System

All fuel-tank filler necks located inside trunk must have filler neck vented outside of body. Vented caps prohibited. All batteries, fuel line, fuel pumps, or filler necks located inside trunk require complete bulkhead of at least .024-inch steel or .032-inch aluminum to isolate driver compartment from trunk, if there is no bulkhead between fuel cell and driver you will not go down the track. Fuel lines must be located outside driver compartment. Fuel tank must be within confines of the body.
