Just so you guys know we are working hard on it, here's one of the small camshaft dyno sheets on the test L99 after camshaft install & phaser tuning!

Keep in mind this camshaft is very small & uses stock lift to keep the DOD lifters happy. A lot of vendors sell camshafts with over .500" lift which has been proven to kill the DOD lifters over time. These first few camshafts we're working on will be completely DOD lifter friendly!!

Is the "10" the stock L99 numbers?

Regardless - those look like great gains, especially if it keeps the OEM lifters happy. KUDOS!

I don't get it. A stock L99 makes around 320 rwhp. Could you explain those dyno results a bit more?

We ran a camshaft with 4 extra degrees of duration on both sides a little while ago, picked up about 8hp which is pretty typical for what other LS engines have done in the past. We're waiting on more camshafts now, I'll keep you guys posted.

What sort of Phaser tuning do you do? Will you include the matched phase tables (EFI Live or HP Tuners) with your cams?
I'm not aware of anyone else doing this, you can be the 1st

Yes with ZERO accessories to pull the engine down. I'd bet this is with a set of LT's on as well.

We understand that but the L99 at the crank is rated at 400HP and the LS3 is rated at 426. So I'm confused also why the crank HP of this stock L99 has almost 50 more HP. However, I do realize the baseline is irrelvant when looking at HP gained. I just want to know what causes the stock HP numbers to vary so much?

Nice gains for a AFM friendly cam!!! I'm really looking forward to the non-AFM cams!

The engine has no accessories, cold air & headers. That explains the 50hp pretty well...
