Wonder what tires are on that car because u can see snow , maybe they are testing the tires in cold weather???

With that plate it looks like a CTF

You're right. I just zoomed in on the picture and there is a "CTF" sticker on the windshield - was so excited when I saw it, I didn't even catch that!

Captured Test Fleet: They're the cars that GM gives to execs and engineers to put miles on before they release the car into production for the public. This is just another measure GM takes to ensure quality in their cars.
