What is the optimal wheel offset for 22s

What is the optimal wheel offset to fit 315/30/22 without rubbing the wheel well or touching the fender if you hit a bump (stock ride height). Furthermore is there anyway to actually measure the offset of the rim? Thanks!

it depends on the width of the wheels

well I would ask everyone here, that are running the size wheels you want to get, what their offsets are and the size of the tires they are running....and if they have any issues. and if the size tires you want to run will fit.
