Did you do anything new to the CS, Al?

Cam -- what are you racing this year? Do you still have that T/A?

Paz -- Did you end up throwing that sc on?
Still waiting on it. Sigh.

The SLP is only $300? I mean, you could take that $150 and buy an intake or something else to tide you over until you decide to do long tubes. Once you do that, you could probably sell the LM.
Yeah since they've been sitting on it they just wanna dump it. I figure for 300 you can't beat it.

Anyone want to make a run to Augusta Georgia with me in a few weeks to pick up a Kenne Bell? Shipping would be about $600 for the boxes at about 100 lbs each, or in my Cruze fuel will cost me about $150 to make that trip down and back. I'm thinking about just driving down.

Sent from a Galaxy S3, far....far away.

how is that possible? I just had a whipple shipped to me, and it was $62. Granted you have a few more pieces in your kit. Like your lower manifod, front drive, and heat exchanger setup but geeze.

Who did you buy this off of?

There is probably a reason why they've been sitting on it for sometime.

From a guy in here named Stark.

http://www.camaro5.com/forums/showthread.php?t=256592

It's that its three boxes, about 100 lbs each. The price sounds insane to me as well but I've not been given the box dimensions and exact weights yet. My buddy Eric who owns Innovative Diesel Performance and Billet Speed offered to ship the packages with his business account also. The fellow who has the charger is dealing with a family member going through serious medical challenges, so he is currently not in the same state as the charger.

Bottom line is that if the shipping is anywhere near the $600 he is saying, I'll jump in the 40+ mph Cruze and just make the 11 hour trip down to him. I spent years driving from coast to coast, an 11 drive is just warming up for me.

I'll know better when he actually gets me the sizes/weights of the boxes.

There is still a shroud of uncertainty as he is out of town, with limited internet, and not able deal with the sell being that he is predisposed with family concerns.

I have offered to send him $2500 now and bring the remaining in cash when I drive down. I can drive down this coming weekend if needed, or I can push it away a couple weeks.

Yea, shipping 4 wheels and tires doesn't even cost nearly 1/4 of that. I would be weary, just because its used & getting all the parts.

Should be fun and an opportunity to get a lot of passes in.

I hear they paved most of the side road but regardless they supposedly will have the front gates open all year for entrance.
