A couple of pics from "Mars"........
The Henrys and Settlemires had a GREAT time hosting lots of Camaro/Firebird/Corvette Enthusiasts - (other than the 150 degree weather.....)
The SSOA "Back Porch" was a relaxing two night affair at the Marriott/Cranberry-Mars.......... The show was at Tom's dealership in nearby Bakerstown, PA - then we cruised to the "Henry Homestead" for dinner. (Great Great Grandmother and Grandfather Henry were given this property as a civil war land grant......) We missed seeing some of you - but understand that there's a lot going on.....and that Mars isn't 'just around the corner' for many many people...... I'm hoping those of you who came to visit made it home safely - let's do it again next year! Meanwhile -- .....this was taken mid-evening.......in the field below the barn.....   Interestingly - the 1954 chevy pickup was delivered exactly 57 years ago this past Friday - from Marshall and Marx - (Bakerstown Garage) -- later to become Tom Henry Chevrolet in 1958.....    Meanwhile -- Guess who this is-- (hint: it's a certain Chevy Dealer that sells hi-performance Camaros..........) (.......see -- he shouldn't have 'published' those photos of ME..........)  (would you buy a Chevrolet from this fellow????)

Wonderful time...everyone involved was great - (Fbodfather is a great cook, by the way.) All of the cars were great, the drive there was fun, and honestly it was the most relaxed I have ever been at a car show. Thanks, Scott,Tom and family for having us.
