Finally after 4 years of waiting its in my garage!!!!
This may not be the proper or appropriate place for this post. But the excitement to share my Camaro purchase with my fellow Camaro 5 members has overwhelmed me. After having a deposit down to be #2 in line back in 2006 .....yes 2006 when it was still in concept stage, before it was ever decided to be built..... Its home finally. We became pregnant with our third and final child, minor setback, but would not trade her for the world. But we were leaving work today, the wife and I, and decided to stop by our favorite Chevrolet dealer.
Superior Chevrolet in Shawnee Mission Kansas. They had about 12-19 Camaros in stock, not looking to necessarily buy today, we happened to stumble upon THE ONE. And well now she is home. Could not resist. 1,500 in factory installed options.... No brainer.. High performance exhaust,and a nice cover to keep her warm and cozy while she sleep. 2010 2SS Cyber Gray Metallic, SIM stripes, Polished wheels, 6sp Man. Now I can complete my picture frame in my shop. Sorry about photo quality, only had my cell today, like I said, wasnt planning on buying today, just getting some numbers. Merry Christmas to ME. Thanks goes out to my lovely wife, who graciously traded her car in for our dream car. Time to get that cold air intake ordered.

Thanks guys, being a member of this site since July 2006, and reading and researching nearly everyday, has made me a better consumer, and actually.
I got a Camaro 5 discount today. Apparently many of our members buy there, and this dealer participates in our no BS no markup approach. They even lowered my retail price. I was very impressed at what hidden benefits being a Camaro 5 member can bring. So if you know someone getting ready to buy a new Camaro have them mention that they belong to Camaro 5, who knows perhaps they may get a great deal as well.
