Magnuson Moss Act means GM has to prove the new wheels caused the lugs to fail, or else they can't legally deny your rust-through warranty protection.

My salesman told me that the lugs are covered only with the extended warranty.
Plus I paid the special fee for the 12 speed automatic.

yes, but you will need to give it a 6' lift, multilink suspension. It will also need a tune, and the new Rotofab CAI once completed.

The green wheel spray is on allocation hold. And only 20 something allocations for Garnet Red. you may have to stick with Hyper Purple.

ZL1 doesn't look jelly-bean enough to pull off a BMW badge...I'd recommend Aston Martin...if you squint hard enough...the badges almost have the same shape.
