I also heard a person named 'Scott', whoever that is mention to some folks complaining that they needn't worry. "Class leading acceleration, and overall performance" are part of the equation they're putting together.
So. being the follower I am. I believe it. |

The old 4th gens had roughly the same power, much closer than the ratings from the factory. GM understated it by a lot. A number of people noticed it after they dynoed their cars. |

I can only imagine the smug looks on people's faces...360, 370? WTF??!?! I mean, yeah...pretty sweet, huh?
I wonder if the Insurance companies ever cought on, or do they have to strictly go by what the manufacturer says, unless you report a modification? |

I'll take a Camaro in any V-8 form they give us. After all we are what ever they want to call us. Auto enthusiasts, hot rodders, what ever. we will do what we currently do. Take a great car use after market parts and technology and make a better car. Look at what has been done with 3rd and 4th gen Camaros. If it wasn't for what we do, the SEMA industry and the show wouldn't be what it is. THEY know what we want and will certainly give it to us. We are their bread and butter. Good things come to those who wait!

Well, for the amount of time we're all having to wait, this better be one great vehicle!
Nah, I'm not worried though. As great as I'm expecting this car to be, I know that I'll be surprised at how much better it is than I could have ever imagined. |

no doubt, for the amount that we've been waiting, they should release a Bumblebee version that actually transforms.

ZL-1 would be sweet, but the original ZL1's were double the price. I don't think I'd pay 60-70k for one. I'd rather buy a Z28 and make it faster for less cash.

AKA Bishop73

Has anyone mentioned a big block option? Something similar to the 8.1 liter that Chevy offered in their 2500+ trucks up until about last year I think.
