stainless works vs american racing headers vs borla
which is better ? stainless works ? american racing headers ? borla ?
all 3 are 304 stainless steel. borla has more drones. Stainlessworks and ARH claims they are drone-free. i want something with a nice growl but less aggressie and wont annoy my neighbors or get tickets for being too loud. http://www.stainlessworks.net/produc...0-exhaust.html http://americanracingheaders.com/201...oSS+V8_V6.html http://www.borla.com/products/produc...prod_sku=11801

They are all three top notch, the only real difference between those systems is that the Borla is 2.5 inch and the other two are 3 inch. Go with which ever one sounds best to you.

If price is the ultimate factor, then ARH is your best bet. Buy the system directly from them, along with their installation and you'd be saving yourself a pretty penny.
Honestly these threads are pointless since all you're going to get are opinions. There's no definite answer to which one is the BEST. |

even though there's no definite answer, a second opinion is always helpful

I know NY5thGen, I'm a member as well. You simply cannot beat the quality of ARH. After all, you get what you pay for.

I went Stainless Works from Chase at Apex and couldn't be more happy! Great sound to them, nice growl when you are getting on it and not too loud that I get unwanted attention... I do enough to get that already
SW had a great price(thru Apex) and proven track record. They installed like a breeeze, just feel right and bolted up. SW gets my vote |
