Well if it turns out to be too much then you can probably tame it with a resonated X-pipe. Good Luck.

Well, I was pleasantly surprised by the arrival of my MRT 1.0 exhaust this afternoon, just one day after placing my order. Install will take place tomorrow morning!

For those of you who did the install yourselves, did you have to get the car up on a lift or did ramps give you enough clearance?

If your car is stock height, you might not even need to lift the car. I jacked the car up when I installed them, then later when I went to readjust them, I noticed there was plenty of room. Crawl down there and see if it's enough room to work with.

Hey guys. So I'm getting ready to do my install. Is there any point in keeping the stock exhaust? Can it be re-attached if I ever need to go back to the stock set up?

I had the Flowmaster AMT on mine but recently switched them out for the MRT 2.0 Axel Back. It was the best decision I've made. A MUCH more aggressive sound and less drone on the highway. I'm a believer, MRT all the way..

Good luck!

Yep, no problem to reinstall EOM.

Hi everyone. Well I finally got my MRT 1.0 installed and it sounds great! Now I'm not sure if it's just in my head, but it seems that my car has lost a bit of it's jump off the line since the install. Is that possible???

Most likely things like weather conditions, heat soak, etc.

Here was my dyno sheet showing the Ver 1.0 vs stock. You can see the before and after are pretty much the same, except I did pick up some torque and HP in the mid-5000 RPM range:
