My guess is same as yours then... Those first few seconds are using so much storage air the line pressure is dropping, and the gun torque right along with it. Might try a 5 gallon storage tank in-line if anyone has one to borrow, that would give you twice the storage and slower pressure drop, then we'd know for sure.

How big is Chris's tank?

...problem with bigger tanks makes them less portable, but a man definitely needs a system big enough for his biggest job.

I think you have that backward... Chris thinks his tank is 25 gal., but it's really only 19 gal.

Oh, you're not talking about his gas tank? My bad...

I put an extra tank in the SST just because of Chris... He was an inspiration.

I'm enjoying it, actually.

Learnin' bout air compressors. HA! Hey, sucks when I can't reply because I'm stuck in the classroom in inservice doing nothing but trying to get cruise paperwork taken care of. Permit this...$2,000,000 insurance policy that...ADOT this...AZDPS TCM that.... phone call here, email there, fax...man, I thought we could finally nip this in the bud and be done with it. I'm so tired, I don't think I'm going to go out to the garage and even mess with the upper rears today... TIRRRRRED....

All that work for some watered down nuggets and fries! Well, that makes for some GREAT memories, that's for sure!

Long story short....

I had plenty to drink. I wasn't driving. Joe had a couple as well, but not as much as me. Rather than put ourselves in a position where we had to drive, we walked all the way across the parking lot, across the field, across the 5 lane roadway, up to the store, and found out...>IT WAS CLOSED. But, the drive through was open. So, we tried doing a "walk through."

Lady at the window wasn't having it.

"You have to drive through the line like everyone else."

But ma'am. We just walked all the way over here. Can you open the store so we can come in?

"No. We are closed."

But your drive through is open. Can't we just come in for a sec and get our food?

"No. The dining room is closed."

Well, we can see that. But we can't walk all the way back. I' mean...please? We are already here? Please?

"No. It's against store policy to serve people who walk up to the window."

Oh, come on. You have to be kidding me. We just walked all the way over here. We just want some darn nuggets. PLEASE.

"No. You are just going to have to get your car and come back."

Ok. Fine. We've been drinking and aren't fit to drive. Is that what you want?

"If that is what you need to do, sir. But we can't help walk ups to the window."

Yeah, we got that already. Fine. We'll just go get our car and drive back with alcohol in our systems. I hope we dont' have any issues in your parking lot while we are behind the wheel. (mind you, Joe was going to drive and was fit...it was a matter of them rather having someone claiming to be drunk saying they were going to drive up than just serving us our food right there. Her whole little common sense folder seemed to be missing for that drawer). \

We aren't telling you to drive drunk. But if you come back in a car, we'll serve you.

Ugh...

So, we walked back, Joe drove us back to McD's. We got our food. Went back to the hotel. Parked. Began eating and BAM! Water sprinklers turned on soaking us all and completely destroying the food.

What luck...
