Dual Halo install help?
I had my halos installed by an aac installer... i have the "multifunction remote" which i know is the wrong one(it pulses etc)... i need the "four channel chip" .. my question is how are you guys doing it without the remote? both the red and white are always on and my halos looks like a candy cane IMO.. idk if my guy didnt know what he was doing or what... but with my switch i should be able to go from red to white right?... all it does is turn em on and off... kinda frustrated.. i payed all this money just for a brighter white halo..
granted when i do get my chip , he is gonna install.. i dont think he knows the remote isnt necessary |

i actually just did an install with a dual color to turn on with factory halo settings, then i used the aac on/off remote to switch colors you can also do the same in the mean time with a regular switch so all you have to do it just hook it up to the controller

follow post 23 substitute the power switch for the halo turn on wire in the car, then you break one of the grounds with a switch untill you get the proper controller. it took me about 30 mins to figure it out and hook it up, works perfectly |
