2010 SS bad pan gasket?

My 2010 SS is at the dealership with an oil leak. My dealership said warranty will cover it and repair will take 2 days. How many SS owners are having this issue?

I had an oil pan gasket leak on my 2010 SS, my former 2006 Chevy SSR (6.0L LS2), my former 2005 Chevy SSR (6.0L LS2) and my current 2004 SSR (5.3L LM4).

My 2010 Camaro oil leak showed up (fully) around 4500 miles. The SSR oil leaks all showed up by around 10K miles.

2 days for a gasket change?

It should be an hour at most. Ask them for a loaner and you'll see how fast it can be changed.

Its true had to have mine done as well. Two dayer! They replaced my whole pan and everything for free. My leak was minimal. Nothing dripping on ground just moist underneath

My car was not "leaking" oil enough to be noticable. Originaly when i got the car used the chevy dealer changed the oil and told me about it. They said it was very minor and could wait till next oils change (last week). They gave me a loaner and had the car 2 days. Service writer said its a big job due to sub frame. If your not sure you have a problem i would ask the dealer to look at the car sooner than later. The last thing i would want to do is pay 13 hours shop time for something like this a week after my warranty is up!

Got my kooks LT headers the other day, so I was looking underneath the car yesterday just to see what I'd be getting into and noticed oily moisture towards the rear of the oil pan and a little bit on the bottom of the oil cooler near the filter. Needless to say I'll be bringing it in to dealer to have them take a look at it before I do the headers. I'm not sure where it's coming from, nothing on the ground whatsoever. Could be pan, rear main, valve cover, careless tech that did my last oil change at dealership, there's been so many different oil leak posts, will let ya'll know what they find.
