Or skip Torq at least.
Nothing I hate worse than dog ate my homework type BS excuses.....as if they think we are stupid enough to believe some of the things that get said.

Whatever the reason, when you say something, I expect that you DO IT, (wouldnt hurt to be better with returning emails/phone calls)

If it cheers you up...most people I think have their email tied to their phone these days. Honest....you guys aren't leading the way down there.

Sure feels like it. I deal with about 30-40 different american company suppliers with my business and man they're about as fast at answering emails as my donkey is at getting me up my mountain to the village. And 90% of them won't answer a damn email after work hours, and most are managers or higher ups! |

I think they just shut of communications to south America at 5 oclock. Lol
No really though I get at least a 100 emails a day and without them going to my phone I wouldn't get shit done. I guess some vendors just make to much money and they don't need any more. :/ |

Sucks I had to post on a forums to get some customer service, but I'm happy to say one of the guys from Torq did called this afternoon, as for the email being sent on Friday... i do have a hard time believing that. I've had emails from Paul and Eric at Torq, (when ordering the whipple) they go to my inbox (i checked my spam) and my Dad does have that one email from when Torq informed him that the cam did not get shipped to his condo, (was in his inbox) he also checked his spam, anyway how hard is it to hit the reply button on your email not saying emails dont get lost in cyber space, ive just never had it happen to me... seems convenient since its been over 8 weeks already for a cam that Comp Cams says takes an average of 4 days to grind from when the order is placed Either way, glad this got the process going |
