I'm so tired of this

When we bought the Camaro in Feb of 2010, the top corners of the front air damn were not attached to the fender. We were told this is the way it was supposed to be. Then I went to the Camaro Fest and saw several other cars with the GFX kit on them. Anyway I'm tired of the Bulls**t from GM. I have tried to fix it myself, within a week it is coming apart again. I really don't know what to do. It looks bad.

Sorry to hear about your bad experience. Sure looks like installer error or part defect to me. We just installed one of these kits on a friends car and it fit like a glove.

That was not GM's fault, you need to get after your dealer who installed it. Trying to blame GM for a dealer installed option snafu....just make sure to understand what is and is not installed by the factory and what is done at dealer prep time.

This.

That doesn't look right at all...make the dealer who installed it fix it. Otherwise, open a case with GM customer service.

Well I got with a Different Dealer, and the parts came with the car. Yes it was installed at the dealer, but from what I understand, a company (part of GM) came down and installed it on the car. So as far as I'm concerned GM did install this. WE DID NOT HAVE THIS PUT ON THIS CAR IT CAME THIS WAY. So GM needs to fix this.

I installed my own and there should be riveted snaps there that keeps that from happening. There should be no reason other than them not putting the parts on for this to happen considering the gap you have. I attached the pattern for the holes and the piece if it helps to resolve this.
