toehead93 , i thought of that to.. but after seeing the rs assembly am sure the aftermarket are smaller

you can see in these photos the exact difference and what is hidden and what is not

The bright white bulbs don't hold a candle to HIDs.

The HIDs make everything reflective item glow in the dark. Things that don't reflect are very easy to see also.

just might be me but the halo ring looks smaller then the factory one.

so does that mean the ACC style colored rings won't fit these AM lights?

seems that way, I contacted the company that makes them for a demo set to test them out to see if they are worth while or not.

Why are they saying these are plug and play when youll have to splice in the halos?

i dont think u have to splice. I beleive u can run the halo wires straight thru the connector as i did on my 300C

AAC makes halos for all kinds of cars, trucks, and bikes. I'm sure they have an application that would fit these.

There are also HID conversion kits for the H9 type bulb, so, you could potentially purchase these housings, with the additional H9 conversion kit, and still spend less than you would purchasing a set of OEM RS headlight housings and adapting the wiring harness to work.

Just a thought
